REFUND POLICY PRIOR TO PURCHASING ANY SERVICES

 

  • Services:Kaleidoscope Compass LLC is a services-based consulting firm and is fully eligible to be compensated for its time, experience, expertise, advisory, and consulting services. All consulting or coaching time is pre-paid with discounts for more hours purchased.

  • Credit Card Purchases:All Credit Card purchases are processed in American Dollars at the time of payment. As a benefit and convenience to its clients, Kaleidoscope Compass LLChandles the transaction fees of the total pre-paid price of the services. Pre-paid services may not be transferred or used by any other person other than the client.

  • Time Limit:Time is limited due to demand, and reserved for consulting or coaching services. Kaleidoscope Compass LLC will not issue a refund. Once pre-payment for consulting or coaching time is made, it is non-refundable. The client has up to 48 hours to schedule an appoint. However, if there is no contact for scheduling within that time, the payment is forfeited.

  • Cancellation: 24-hour’s notice  is  required  for  cancellation.  Missed  appointments  without  the  appropriate  notice  will  be charged  as  if  attended.

  • Rescheduling:Although Kaleidoscope Compass LLC does not offer a refund, as a courtesy to the client, the pre-paid hour(s) of consulting or coaching may be rescheduled one time for future appointments up to 2 weeks (14 days) in the future. Rescheduling must be received by email or telephone call to Kaleidoscope Compass LLC within 24 hours of the appointment, or the scheduled hour will be forfeited and is non-refundable. If the client doesn’t show up (attend the Zoom call) for the scheduled appoint, and has not contacted Kaleidoscope Compass LLC 24-hours prior to the appointment, that hour is considered forfeited, paid and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

  • Fraud or Insufficient Funds:If Kaleidoscope Compass LLC receives a chargeback or payment dispute (i.e., PayPal Dispute) from a credit card company or bank, the following restrictions will be activated:

    • You will automatically be deleted from our subscription list and blocked from purchasing future services.

    • A $50 chargeback fee (issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company), will be issued to the client via his/her email account and personal address, and will be sent to the bank or PayPal for collection. Any fraud will be forwarded to police in the client’s location and charges will be pressed. Should legal means be pursued, Kaleidoscope Compass LLC will seek payment for attorney, legal, court, and any other costs related to the chargeback and hourly rate for insufficient funds or fraudulent activity taken by the client.

    • Requesting a chargeback or opening a PayPal dispute for a valid charge from Kaleidoscope Compass LLC is fraud, and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund. We will take every means available to prosecute any illegal or fraudulent activity.

  • Kaleidoscope Compass Emergency:In the event Kaleidoscope Compass LLC has an emergency and must reschedule the consulting or coaching time with the client, the client will be notified at the earliest possible time, or be provided another consultant to keep the appointment. Kaleidoscope Compass LLC will contact the client, and provide the client with alternative appointment times.
